Selling or Refinanacing Your Home?
Whether you are selling, refinancing or in some cases obtaining a home equity loan, you will need a letter from the Cinnamon Creek Homeowners Association stating that your homeowners association dues are paid in full.
To request this letter please email Adrienne at cinnamoncreekhoa@sbcglobal.net. Please request this letter early so you can avoid delays in your home sale or loan closing. There is a $100 charge. Please make checks payable to Cinnamon Creek HOA.
